We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Payment

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Conduct fraudulent or illegal activities
• Interfere with service operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications

Violation may result in immediate termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

SBCart LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claims or disputes.
